1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit. The deposit amount and payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Full payment is required before the start of the booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund.
2. Use of Studio Space

Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment during their booking. Any damage must be reported immediately, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.

The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

The use of the studio is restricted to the agreed booking times. Early access or extended use must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
3. Equipment and Props

Clients may use the available equipment and props as part of their booking. Any additional equipment or props required must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of all equipment and props. Any damage or loss will be charged to the client.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee.

No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Liability

Tweed Valley Studio is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs while on the premises.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance coverage for their activities while using the studio.
6. Intellectual Property

All content created at Tweed Valley Studio remains the intellectual property of the client. However, by using our services, you grant Tweed Valley Studio the right to use images or footage of the studio space (not your content) for promotional purposes.
7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
